Welcome to the Mubraiz Resources Limited digital ecosystem (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of our Global Command Center, interactive utilities, and hauling services.
The Ecosystem: Refers to the Next.js-powered web applications, Node.js backend, mobile interfaces, and API endpoints provided by Mubraiz.
Fleet Telemetry: Real-time data generated via the Integrated GPS Simulator and live vehicle tracking units.
Digital Assets: Includes but is not limited to Digital ePODs, Waybills, and Eco-Cargo Dashboard reports.
Green Logistics Data: Carbon footprint estimates and CO2 offset simulations provided for informational purposes.
The Platform utilizes Leaflet and OpenStreetMap for real-time fleet visualization. While we strive for 100% uptime, telemetry data (HUD) is provided "as-available." Mubraiz is not liable for minor discrepancies between GPS coordinates and physical vehicle locations due to satellite latency or signal interference in remote corridors.
Automated notifications for route exceptions are triggered by the Node.js event-driven architecture. Users acknowledge that network latencies may affect the delivery speed of these alerts.
Calculations provided by the Shipping Cost Calculator are provisional estimates based on current volumetric weight algorithms. Final invoicing may vary based on actual weight verification and prevailing fuel surcharges at the time of dispatch.
The Client Dashboard provides access to financial ledgers. All transactions are recorded via our Sequelize-managed MySQL database. In the event of a ledger discrepancy, the record in our secure backend shall serve as the primary source of truth.
The custom "Glassmorphism" design system, Framer Motion animations, and proprietary Tailwind CSS 4 configurations are the exclusive intellectual property of Mubraiz Resources Limited.
License: Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the portals.
Restrictions: Scraping our Trade Wiki or reverse-engineering the CO2 Simulator algorithms is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.
Mubraiz Resources Limited operates as a Data Controller and Data Processor under GDPR, NDPR, and CCPA.
We process vehicle and driver location data to fulfill contractual haulage obligations. This data is encrypted at rest and in transit via TLS 1.3.
Our "Driver Intelligence" module uses performance analysis algorithms. In compliance with AI Ethics standards:
- We ensure human-in-the-loop oversight for all high-stakes driver performance ratings.
- Drivers have the right to contest automated performance metrics that affect their standing within the ecosystem.
Data stored in our MySQL databases may be transferred across borders to facilitate global logistics (e.g., AfCFTA corridors). By using the platform, you consent to these transfers under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
The CO2 Simulator and Eco-Cargo Dashboard are designed to promote transparency. Calculations are based on internationally recognized emission factors for heavy-duty vehicles (e.g., Peterbilt, Kenworth). These metrics are intended for ESG reporting and sustainability planning and do not constitute a legal guarantee of carbon neutrality unless explicitly certified via a separate Carbon Credit Purchase Agreement.
The digital ePOD and Waybill system provided within the Client Portal carries the same legal weight as paper documentation under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and equivalent international statutes. Both parties agree that digital timestamps and cryptographic hashes generated by our Node.js server serve as conclusive evidence of delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mubraiz Resources Limited shall not be liable for:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mubraiz Resources Limited is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
